Landbridge has been one of the most promising heavy bands in Tampa period for quite some time, and this 7 inch finds them delivering on that potential fully and then some. Playing a crushing blend of crusty d-beat hardcore and doom metal that fans of like-minded bands such as Fall Of Efrafa, His Hero Is Gone and Martyrdöd will most definitely lose their shit over. If you dig the release, be sure to catch them in January when they hit the road (check their blog for more details) and throw them a few bucks donation wise via bandcamp. A promising start to the new year indeed.
